Something New
I made what I call "ginger dust" yesterday. I'll detail the process in a weekend post but for now, I'm intrigued by what I've done and am a little bit proud of the idea.

Oooh, dish! I'd love to know how you did it.

I just bought a hand of ginger today for making a big batch of dumplings tomorrow. And I snacked on some crystallized ginger earlier this morning. Ginger is good eats, fer sure.
