A Couple Of Dumpling Links
Via Amazon's "Al Dente" blog I pass along, first, an LA Times article on "Asian Dumplings" with a sidebar of links to such delights as a dumpling skin throw-down and several different varieties of filling. And the other is an article from boston.com on Nepalese "momo" dumplings.
Very intriguing. I'm going to have to explore these in depth in the next few weeks.
